Everything has become a massive speculation. Why do you buy bonds? The price might go up from here! Why do you buy Bitcoin? Everybody else is buying it too! Why buy stocks? They have to go up in price forever. I haven’t read anything “smart” for the past few years, look at the shit I write, it’s the same everywhere. Most intelligent people in my social circle are still banging their heads against the wall: “I don’t see any value in anything,” “I don’t understand if I can’t do DCF valuation,” - Fuck it, everything has become speculation.
